Katy was born in Red Bank, New Jersey on December 9th 1984. Her parents welcomed her as their second child (at a whopping 9 lbs, 9 oz) joining older brother Brad. Younger brother David would be born in 1988 shortly before the family moved to England. Katy lived in New Jersey until age 4, then again from ages 9-11.
The Rosner family lived in Colts Neck, a small town in Central NJ which allowed Bill (Katy's dad) to commute daily to Manhattan. Fond memories of Colts Neck include sledding down the impressive driveway on snow days, exploring the woods and gardens in the neighborhood, and joining family friends the Parkers for epic lobster bakes and 4th of July parties!
