During 2011, Diego along with several coworkers started a project down in Santiago, Chile. Over the course of 8 months, a delegation including numerous Mexicans enjoyed a combination of very long hours at work and amazing weekend trips in Chile.
Among others, Diego and Ernesto (the best man) were part of the Mexican team down in Chile and enjoyed the culture, an "interesting" Chilean Spanish slang as well as amazing food. Turns out that none of us really knew what a giant crab was until we ordered a Centolla in Santiago.

On top of great food, Chile is a huge wine country! Both Diego an Ernesto enjoyed their time at the Chilean vineyards.
